Purpose: The main responsibilities of the Pastoral Council are to further the mission of Parish by responding to the spiritual and social needs of the parish family. It is a coordinating and unifying structure of the parish. It serves as an advisory body to the pastor, helps establish policy for the parish, develops the vision and long range plans and goals, assists in spirituality, be a forum for communications among organizations and ministries, listen to the pulse of the parish, and demonstrate leadership within the parish.
