The Martha's at Saint Seven's

The Martha?s is a group of parishioners (men and women) that prepare and serve luncheons for those who attend a funeral service.
This luncheon is held in the FitzPatrick center following the funeral mass. We work directly with the Bereavement Ministry.

This service is donation only to the family of the deceased member of St Stevens. The organization purchases the meat, bread, fruit and veggies with this donation. This organization has 194 members that donate food. (cake, pie, salads, deviled eggs or whatever the lead person requests.We have 53 parishioners that serve at the luncheons. (about half are winter workers). We have currently four lead persons and four that are lead subs (emergency only). The lead person decides what to serve, shops for the groceries and calls for food and workers.

The families are also welcome to bring favorite dishes if they wish.
